If I had a time machine...
Hi there,
One of the greatest advantages of getting serious about your money early is that you have time on your side.
Time is so valuable when investing, and it's the one thing you cannot get back.
You can gain compound interest over time.
You have time to make mistakes.
The time to recover from those mistakes.
Honestly, it's the magic ingredient to your financial recipe.?

I had a meeting with a client a few weeks ago who now has 5 properties to his name.
The main property that has paid off for him was his family home.
He bought this home for $300,000 almost 25 years ago.
It's now worth over $2.5 million dollars.
Isn't that the dream?
Obviously, that $2.5 million dollars didn't appear overnight.
Now I know I sound a lot like your grandparents or parents who boast about buying a house for $100,000 when they were 20.?
But just like them, it's time that gave them that opportunity.
It's 25 years of patience that has paid off in a big way, all possible by buying and holding.
The urge to sell can be a strong one, especially when your investments dip a little and you start getting worried.
You start checking on them every day, and start bothering your adviser about it daily so you can get an update.
The waiting game can be a long one - but it’s underrated.
So, if you take anything from this, it's to buy and hold.
