In the book, "Radical Relevance" by Bill Cates, he states the powerful revelation:
"Your value proposition is the total of ALL the value you bring to prospects, customers/clients, strategic partnerships and yes - even employees. Your value proposition is the basis of your relevance." - Bill Cates
In business, we control the narrative on how we craft our message to ensure we are resonating with those right fit clients/customers whom we are meant to serve.
It's very easy for business owners to begin their sales process and engage with customers, but if we don't do so without a background on what the true needs are and how our message resonates with them - it's fighting an avalanche that you have no chance in getting out the way.
People do business with people - not only do they know, like and trust - but mostly they can resonate with and feel they can relate to the business, individual etc offering the said service.
In a business like mine, where the competition for your business is massive and the noise is immense, as a financial professional, I must know whom am I looking to work with and why should they listen to me.
The goal of Find Your Compass is to build value with you, my subscriber, in a way where you see me as a trusted resource and authority and that you feel my messages resonate with you in a way that brings you connected with me. I certainly want to work with folks that feel I understand them and also that my work is a fit for their goals and objectives. I hope that through my work, I can accomplish the goal of being a trusted advisor for you - not just as a financial resource, but as a resource in terms of value beyond the dollar - leadership, culture, metrics, mindset etc. While I can't be an expert in all those areas, I can offer value to you in a way that allows you to think and perhaps inspires you to engage with people in these areas that will help you in your journey.
As a business owner, we are here to solve problems - that's it. We are here to be the guiding light to a solution in an arena of noise and confusion.
This is what makes you, well hell, YOU!
My clients go through various challenges in their businesses and personal lives.
Of which, in my process, my focus is to give my clients an experience that they haven't felt from anyone they have ever engaged with.
And that is the best feeling - when I know I've made a difference in a client's life and they have organically told others about the experience they have had with me and our entire Compass Financial Pathways team.

What problems do they have?

Get the psychographics - in the case of a financial professional, it's beyond the numbers.
What do the numbers mean to you? Why do you feel the way you feel?
It's deeper than just a product or a service.
It's heart felt.
It's something that as a financial professional for 22 years is now a mission for me.
To find the right people whom really value the work we do and in that, I feel that I can truly be of help.
As a business owner, make it your mission to have a true message that is heart centered and is geared towards attracting your ideal client in a way where they see no one else but you to solve their issues.
The world is a vast place and the landscape of business is vast. We all are successful when we adopt an abundance mentality.
In 2022, I only expect this and nothing else.
