I feel exhausted after absorbing many impulses… what can I do?


So my most important message is:

It′s normal to be exhausted after absorbing many impulses.

In our fast paced #society, we so often forget that we have a #body and this body needs time to digest and integrate the #experiences that we are having.

And we do this at different speeds!


So if you are a #highlysensitive person, like me, you have a lot of stimuli to process and you might need more time.?

This can be alone time, time in nature, moving your body…

But any time that helps you to process the energy that came up.

Other people might need less #energy.

Maybe they are an #extrovert and they process a lot in being with other people directly!


In any case, when you feel #exhausted after absorbing too many #impulses:?

Check in with your body and see what's there:

Is it a tiredness??

Is it maybe a restlessness?

And then see what that needs.


In case of tiredness - it′s maybe resting.

In case of a restlessness - it′s maybe first moving that energy by taking a walk or so or dancing around your apartment and then calming down through some grounding #breathwork.


In any case, your body is king or queen and you just check in with whatever you need and never forget:

It′s normal to be exhausted.
