"I will feel, be, and do as much as I want proudly for the rest of my life. To be vulnerable and emotional is to live in power, which I take back...

... every day, not apologizing for who I am or the space I take up as I move throughout the world."

— Keah Brown

I'm excited (and honestly, a bit nervous) to announce that my new album, "From the Vault," is coming out on March 15. This album is a collection of acoustic tracks I've penned over the last 20 years, each one more stripped down and raw than the last.

"From the Vault" kicks off with "In My Head," a track that dives into the chaos of my own thoughts a a 14 year old [that's when I wrote it], blurring the line between perception and reality. It's gritty, it's real, and it sets the tone for what's to come.

Next up, "Look So Easy" questions the simplicity of love for some, from the perspective of those who find it anything but. It's an introspective look at the complexities of human connections.

"Fall" takes us back to the intensity of a first heartbreak at 13, capturing the essence of young love and its inevitable end. It's a nod to the past, acknowledging the growth that comes from pain.

With "Dry," we delve into the nuances of relationships, the small moments that often go unnoticed but together, paint the full picture. It's about appreciating the little things that make up the bigger whole.

"Truth" is a declaration of commitment, born from the realization that someone aligns with your deepest values. It's about finding that person who feels like home.

"I'd Be There" is a reflection on loss and regret, dedicated to a figure in my life who was a brother, father, and friend. It's about the things we wish we had said when we had the chance.

"Is It Enough" questions the endless pursuit of achievement, pondering the point at which we can truly feel satisfied with ourselves and our accomplishments.

Finally, "Fighter" is a tribute to resilience, inspired by my mother's unwavering strength. It's a reminder of the fighter in all of us, even in the face of adversity.

To give you an idea of the sound, here's a snippet you might remember from last year - a song I wrote when I was [again] 14:

This album is a glimpse into my journey, with a full release planned later this year. Each track is a piece of my story from teen and early-twentieshood, shared in the hope that it resonates with yours.

After all, what kind of youth empowerment coach would I be if I didn't share some of my earliest songs? ESPECIALLY from a time as tumultuous as our teens!

Make sure to pre-save the album here.

Thanks for being here, for listening, and for supporting this journey. Can't wait for you to hear "From the Vault."

Have an amazing day on purpose!

PS. If you were to look back at your teen years and write a song for your inner-14year old, what would that song be called? Hit me back and let me know.
