Ok we could resist it, but thats what hapens when you get to work alongside the most creative and welcoming club in the country. The relationship between Lancashire County Cricket Club and Badger & Combes has continued to grow and strengthen Take a 5 min brew break and read all about this years successes.

We kicked off the season, providing a full OB setup for the team at Sky Cricket. Utilising our HaiVison steam hub technicology, we were able to deliver a secondary back up feed via SRT to Sky HQ

The opening match was between Surrey and Lancashire, who finished first and second in the table last year. Simultaneously, we streamed this game onto the LancsTV YouTube channel, Facebook and other third party destinations.

We reintroduced player interviews as we mic'ed up Dane Vilas, allowing BBC presenter Scott Read to have a conversation with him mid-game. This also allowed fans the unique opportunity to send in questions, which Vilas was able to answer.

To create an atmosphere, this year we introduced 'look-a-like' cam and 'oblivious cam'. This involved creating a graphic which was shown on the stream as well as the screen in the ground, which displayed a side-by-side comparison of someone in the crowd with their look-a-like. This created conversation online surrounding the game, further promoting the Lancashire brand.?
