See I get that you are all busy but guess what? so am I...I would say I am even busier than most...I have 2 business to run, two kids under 3 to entertain and look after and my own health is key to my daily success!
Here is what most of us do with our priorities and focus.

1. WORK.
*You throw all your FOCUS on WORK. You come home drained and give the DREGS of your remaining ENERGY left to your...
2. FAMILY
With such little energy left and stress levels at their highest, You usually end up snappy and irritated on 'your best days' and downright a prick on 'your worst days'!
3. EVERYTHING ELSE.
So you go off feeling tired, lock yourself in the bathroom for a 'shower' (wink wink) or glue yourself to youtube or Netflix and say you need to 'relax...yet you are still just as irritable 2 hours later.
4. YOU
So the final reach for some semblance of 'release' and to make your evening feel a little less shitty, you grab a takeaway, take out the kids choc bars for pack lunches or just smash back beer after beer just to take 'the edge off'
