Many of the world-class male leaders I have coached would describe themselves as ‘alpha males’ - they are outwardly self-confident, outgoing, successful, natural leaders who love calling the shots.

While this article specifically focuses on these ‘alpha male’ characteristics, I know as a female that I still relate to many of them, so I hope that everyone, regardless of gender, finds value in this article.

This is a great read because I’ve always been the “alpha male” in my own worlds. Definirely rcognised many of those traits from me a few years back and only when I sought support did my world open up.
