I don't fit in your kennel
One of the reasons this particular sausage dog gravitates to working with the kind of clients I do is that many of them don't fit into cookie-cutter marketing.
To be honest with you—and you need me to be honest with you—nobody should fit into the branded box that many marketers or platform gurus talk about. No one should be able to sell you a 'mindset' programme that will sort out your life in six weeks and provide you with overnight success.
Why?
Humans are complex, messy people, and when we develop businesses that address the heart of human problems, we have to get really deep into the complicated stuff, which is not clear-cut but continually patchwork and difficult.
So, what do I work on with people?
Well, if we can't build a kennel that fits, we need to work on entering other people's worlds and developing larger conversations and collaborations, which will enable us to inhabit an altogether bigger perspective and space.
Together with clients we build trust points and tackle the difficult one step at a time.
If you believe in the easy route, spend your £1000 with one of the shouty people and see what happens. You might get lucky, but the truth is you didn't need them anyway.
If you need someone for the journey, the ups and downs, the push and pull. Who will be there when you cry 'I give up' as well as the good times.
