I don't feel like training...

I don't feel like training...

I did my workout yesterday, so today is rest day.

Yet, interestingly...

By giving myself the freedom to not 'workout'...

I felt 'more' desire to... workout.

And if you "feel" like training...

I believe that's a good excuse to train.

So I did, and I felt great in the session, but...

This effect only worked because...

I never 'over-train'.

That means I don't train 7...6....

or even 5 days a week.

Maybe I'll do 4 (if I feel like it).

And that's the thing...

Because If I was trying to train near every day of the week...

My desire to train would about "as weak as a young girls' knees at at Justin Bieber concert".

So I admit...

I train less..

To get more results.

Because training too much not only feels like a chore...

But it becomes more complicated for a busy schedule,

And training too often...

Reduces our time spent in recovery to actually see the results of our efforts..

And can increase risk of injury.

But if you're not training at all...

Feel unsure on where to start...

Or even frustrated with the of lack results from your training...

Thank you most kindly for your important share this morning of “Not Overtraing!” and “Less training” to “Gain more benefit” By having training breaks for someone old like me. It gives my muscle ?? time to recover because the last thing I want to do is pull it ?? and end up not doing anything for say a month because I am waiting for my muscle to recover ??.
