I don't cry, because it's over. I smile because it happened!

Just over 15 years ago I was in my first job interview for my first corporate role, and I have had the best career promise a young graduate could have: “Want the freedom to innovate? You can define your own journey in the company!”

Since then I have seen FMCG business from many different angles and locations. Each position, which I covered in the areas of Business Development, Sales and Trade Marketing, Procurement, Supply Chain and Logistics, pushed the comfort zone.

And now, here I am: 15 years, 7 roles and more than 100 projects assignments, 5 countries in EMEA and APAC and too-many-flights-to-count, as a living and breathing example of that transformation promise. The best part of it was meeting great people with all their passion and talent! I truly feel that I have an army of mentors, supporters and friends, that are willing me to be successful. That is an amazing feeling, and one that enables me to be a little less sad about leaving the corporate world today!

And so, here I go, into the big entrepreneurial world. I will announce the next stage of my adventure soon, but in the meantime – big Thank You to all of you. It has been wonderful!
