Women empowerment is a critical aspect to achieving gender equality, and “Empowering Women” means “Empowering India”. Self Employed Women’s Association (SEWA) has been working since many decades towards this goal through enabling self-reliance and full employment for women from rural unorganized sector. SEWA is raising funds to support millions of COVID impacted women from poverty and provide access to markets, grants, soft / normal credit and skill building through their network.

I have been supporting and fundraising for women empowerment for many years now. This year I have been actively asking on Social Media for volunteers to canvas and support SEWA’s cause. We need your help to make our efforts go further. I value your ‘likes or appreciative comments’, on my post but this post is “Call for Action”. No contribution is small and an auspicious contribution of Rs.101/- can change lives of women and future of India.
