But I Do It Anyway
I don't like running.
But I LOVE running in the freezing rain : )
When I say running, what I mean is, yes physically running. But also thinking, and conditioning my mind and body to connect with my soul.
I plan on living to 100
Staying active and moving daily is an incredibly important part of ensuring I manifest that life.
And that's the one part of 'running' I don't like - the actual running.
The other parts I love!
Running allows me to enter alpha and theta wavelengths easily. I'm often processing ideas, planning strategies, and connecting with my higher self in many ways.
When I'm stressed, it helps me melt it fast.
But most importantly, discipline.
The fact that I get up and do it every day, and have done so for years, just makes it easy. I no longer think about it, I just do it.
Regardless of the weather or how I feel. Because if I feel like crap it's going to make me feel better (even when mildly sick). But when I'm already feeling great - even better!
And like I said, I don't like running.
But I do it anyway
That means my mind is in control of my body and that's the way that I want it. Because I control my mind which means I control my reality.
When I get to the hill and I don't want to do it, I push myself even harder.

I tell myself, you do this every day. You've done so for years.
And any argument simply falls apart.
But ya know when it's REALLY hard to go for a run?
In the freezing rain!
But the harder it is, the tougher I get. When I push myself, when I resist that urge to give up it makes it that much easier to do again next time.
Discipline is powerful. It's currency - the kind you cash in to manifest the things you want in your life.
How do you build discipline into your day and routine?
Restraint is another good way to build discipline, but I'm still working on that one...
And now it's something I'm getting better at every day : )
