I DO THESE THINGS TO KEEP WORKING OUT WHEN I DON'T FEEL LIKE IT
Self-talk. Consider this like an affirmation. I repeat to myself that I can do anything if I put my mind to it. So, this always works!!!
Create a bedtime routine.?I think this is simple, but effective habit for keeping yourself accountable. I try to sleep at a certain time, listening to certain music, with a certain position, wearing certain outfits. When I do these simple things, they remind my brain of other things that follow these simple things such as sleeping, and then waking up at a certain time.
Think about past rewards.?When you think about your exercise routine, consider the reward. Did it make you feel happier? Did it help you get more sleep? Were you able to perform better at your duties?
When you see this life-style from a reward-loss point of view, you need to ask yourself: does the reward outweigh the loss or is it the other way round?
Think about it!
