[I discovered the missing "key"]

I am so driven.
I am driven to help my clients to build a business that seriously impact the world.
I am driven to build the best mentorship programme in the world.
I am driven to build a team who love working with me and are dedicated to results as equally as I am.
When you are do dedicated to making an impact, to building something with such a strong purpose, it can be draining.
On Wednesday, like every day, I walk 10,000 steps before my working day begins. I do this every single day and nothing unusual or out of the ordinary happened. But the consequences of this walk had a big impact on the rest of my week.
I was mid way through my walk when I realised I had left my keys to the apartment inside the apartment. I had to rush to get an Uber to get to my partners workplace to grab the key and to get an Uber back again all before my live group session at 10am for my 7 Figure Tribe clients. I was annoyed because I NEVER forget my keys.
Thursday comes around and I start my walk. Guess what? I forgot my keys a second time. Seriously, this has never happened before and I embarked on the two way Uber trip once again.
On the way back I was reflecting and thinking about how tired my body and my mind was.
It's way too easy for entrepreneurs to feel guilty about not working but I made a decision... a decision to listen to my body. I messaged a client to ask if I could re-arrange a call, explaining my situation to which she replied with, "I hope you find the key you are not seeing".
As soon as I read this reply I made a decision to take the rest of the day off. I took time out, for me. I went into the city. I switched off my 'phone. I didn't worry about my clients, or my team. I just explored.
In the evening I met up with my partner for an incredible meal at a resultant and as my whole body sighed, with such peace. I realised how much I needed that break.
I have big goals for this year. You may do too. But, the only way you will achieve those goals is to not just work hard but to listen to your body and, when necessary, relax, refuel and enjoy the beauty of the world and it's people around you too.
The truth if you don't look after yourself, you will never be able look after your clients. Why don't you grab a moment, listen to YOU and maybe change your plans this weekend if you need too! - Mark
