If you have just swapped your crypto in Ledger Live with Changelly (Swap provider) but didn’t receive your crypto yet, you’ve to understand that it takes time for the swap to be processed.

To fix this

Please download the last update of Ledger Live Application:

  1. Ledger Live for Windows 10/11
  2. Ledger Live for MAC
  3. Ledger Live for Android

Every swapped crypto with Changelly in Ledger Live goes through confirmation on the blockchain network, which can take hours for the swap transaction to be processed.

Note: each swapped crypto from your Ledger account goes through network confirmation before it will be processed by the swap provider (Changelly) and through another network confirmation before it reaches your Ledger account.

So, if you are yet to receive your swapped crypto, you don’t need to panic as it will show up once the transaction has been fully confirmed.

However, if it takes more than 3 to 4 hours and you’re still yet to receive your crypto, reach out to Changelly support with your ID.
