I Did Nothing But Still She Picked A Fight With Me

Well that’s not the truth. Truth is that in terms of actions, maybe you didn’t do much, but energetically (at the energy level) you WELL contributed to the fight. Otherwise the fight wouldn’t have happened in the first place.
In fact, even before the squabble begins it must be your energy that’s attracting a fight and soon enough it gets manifested.
Say, you had a heated argument/debate with your boss or colleague or some random guy on the road, then you’re already in that space to pick a fight. Because your painful memories or lack of respect, appreciation, yearning for someone to say I can rely on you, You matter to me, I love you, etc, has gotten triggered. Now that they are triggered, and if they’re too strong, you’re gonna catch up in a big fight real soon.
Some reasons people are generally aware of are: that one must be in a foul mood, be angry, upset, or sad, etc, due to which he picked up a fight.
But less known (still severely frequent) reasons why your energies could attract a fight are - You must be feeling like a victim, self-doubt, fear, embarrassment of something, painful memories/scars of past, some sense of lack ingrained from your childhood - lack of being loved, being trusted upon, being cared for, some unresolved mental conflict - Is it a right thing to do? Then why doesn't everyone else support me?, some restlessness, some ungrounded emotions and many more……..?
Very often the current situation of disagreement is really small, still the issue gets blown out of proportion because of these background emotions.?
Left unattended and suppressed, all these factors energetically contribute to attracting fights or many other negative/depressing moments. If acknowledged, worked upon and released, not only do we avoid the fight, but we soon come to a place where we realize that they just act as a reminder that something can be fixed and made a billion times more rejoicing.
You might have not said or done anything wrong. But there’s a very common saying in this niche: Your life is a reflection of your energy (or “subconscious mind” - if you feel more comfortable with that word).
Your life, your circumstances reflected nothing but the negative energies you hold. Or call it the stuff your subconscious holds.
Your negative energies simply get translated into reality – could be a fight, a disheartening incidence, an injury/illness.

We have to be careful about the fact that we are communicating (manifesting) all the time even if we are not speaking. People are receiving that communication all the time, even if they are not responding verbally.
Same applies to the fact that we’re manifesting things in our life and creating our own reality even when we are not practicing affirmations or meditating. And life is still bringing you what you’re manifesting subconsciously.
Life is a game almost entirely about your subconscious, your inner world and being able to enjoy the physical world as it presents.

A question people generally ask is, how can we avoid fights - all the fights?
As soon as you recall that this is a negative thought that is gonna hurt me real bad, simply do the clearing processes to get your mind cleared.
Processes include listening to 5min EFT sessions, remember what your therapist told you about source of your negative emotion, try some meditation practices to clear negative energies.

People often jump to the conclusion that life is about getting your subconscious 100% clear and only then can you enjoy.
But that’s not true.
The present moment is fun.
Every moment, either during the journey of clearing subconscious or post clearing subconscious completely, living that moment, experiencing it, enjoying the fun, tackling the challenge, getting ambitious for next goal, feeling of confidence, gratitude for life, gratitude for good people you met, good moments you experienced, good things you’ve read, helpful lessons that made you rock the world, the love you found, the love people found because of you, the smile, healing, happiness others found because of you…… and overwhelmingly so much more…. That’s happiness!
Your life is the biggest reward. Just see how many moments it has for you to enjoy.
Only if you start by accepting one fact – a bad situation is just a reminder of what can be a gazillion times better.
