I cried as I wrote this, so I knew I had to be brave and hit post.

This is a long and necessary announcement. Probably the longest message I've ever written. If you've ever had any thoughts of getting free or paid help from me (or anyone) to change whatever you need to shift, learn, transform and understand in life and business, please read to the end.

Why this post, why now...

I've been working with business owners for over 25 years... From creating Global brands and making sales worth millions; managing and leading vast teams; to starting, scaling, restructuring and selling my own 6 figure online businesses since 2002. I've been in the online business space for a long time!

It's been an incredible journey so far and I am only NOW just stepping into my true power and purpose. Those who know me or have worked with me, know I am capable of so much more. I often hear people say 'you're lucky, 'you make it look easy', 'you're naturally talented and confident'. Let me tell you, if you have ever heard any of my traumas, loss and challenges (my 'back story' which will be a book some day), you would know it took a long time to get here and it was far from easy!

Much trusting in the unfolding, courage and investment in myself, huge life decisions and too many tears and fears, hard work, debt and solitude... but it was ALL WORTH IT.

Personal development isn't pretty meditations, walks in woods and crystals. It can be painful deep retreat, harsh accountability, realisations and heart, mind, body release. It's why most people stay stuck and live half a life and never really know what is holding them back or what they're capable of.

I decided I was worth the effort... You want a successful business and life? You need to realise this too, decide and take action!

Fortune favours the brave is my moto. I live by it and it's true. I am always rewarded by the universe when I give up the good for the great, trust and get clear on my why and my path.

Every day, I am thanked wholeheartedly for changing another amazingly brave, trusting person's life and business. It warms my soul and brings those happy, overjoyed kind of tears. It's the kind of fulfilment I want everyone to experience. It's why we're alive! It's my mission to help you to accept these feelings, often. ??

You might be reading this, feeling a very long way away from joy, success and fulfilment. I remember that sinking, imposter feeling of under achievement, procrastination, self-sabotage, scarcity mindset and disappointment, mainly in myself. I drove a Porsche, owned properties, went on lavish holidays, had lots of nights out... My life looked fabulous. When I started taking a deeper honest look, I had debt, took drugs, gambled, over ate and deep down was bloody miserable and pretty empty.

I woke one morning about 6 years ago with a feeling of worthlessness and loneliness that was overwhelming. It was nobody else's fault. Some had come about by life dealing me breakdown inducing tragedy, some my own avoidance. I was saying to myself "What's the fucking point of your life Vivienne?" "You have nothing and nobody due to careless decisions". "You've achieved nothing". I was talking to myself like somebody I hated.

To be clear, this was not pointless in a suicidal way, but in an emotionally shut down 'why bother' way. I cried alot. Used all my old coping strategies for a few days, then simply stopped and decided.

When we realise we've created our current reality, it's a powerful 'oh shit' shift. Once I'd cried all the tears, I knew I had to do something (anything) differently. I knew I needed to find a purpose. Maybe not my purpose, but a purpose. I was pretty desperate.

5 years on, with the help of some amazing people (most of which are clueless on the impact they've made), I found MY purpose, a real mission that drives me day and night. I also know, I can't do it all alone. I've tried. It's hard and takes too long and I don't know how long I'll be blessed with life for. So, as my dear old Dad used to say 'Time to crack on and get it sorted!'

For the last 5 years, I have coached, trained, mentored and supported THOUSANDS of women through events, group coaching, one to one, self help tools and Intensive LIVE online programmes.

We've changed mindsets, skillsets, got clarity, found motivation, achieved dedication and direction. Some were starting up with no plan or direction, others stuck in overwhelm, most needing to get seen online, all needing to make decent money and actually enjoy making a difference to the world. I've helped many overcome lifelong fears and scale to scary new heights, others to totally change direction and get in flow, and some to even close their profitless biz and get a job! I've coached bereavement, marital breakups, baby blues, sexual issues, career changes and suicide. To say I've seen it all is an understatement!

Although I'm a certified NLP MasterCoach, Trainer, Master Practitioner, hypnotherapist, spiritualist energy worker and life coach... I choose to work with business women, mainly because I am one. I get you. I have been where you are and I know how fucking painful and soul destroying it can feel. I also know that with the right business tools, mindset, momentum and support, how incredibly joyful it is to push through everything that holds you back to find your way and get into flow. Through all of these times, I found so much that so many needed to learn and sort out, even those who've been in business for 20 years! I spend much of my training time saying the same things over and over. So much so, that I wrote a book and have already created over 120 bitesize video lessons on EVERYTHING you need to know, do, believe and achieve in life and business.
