I Could Talk About....

I Could Talk About....

This morning's experiment with #BlueDolphinGPT led to interesting results that showed gaps in its knowledge and misdirection in its responses.

Prompt: As a CEO I could talk about my supply chain. My suppliers often deliver late, which makes it very hard for me to finish my projects on time. Is there anyone at Blue Dolphin who would listen to me ? What kind of solutions might they suggest for my problems ?

Response: Yes, BlueDolphin can definitely help you with your supply chain challenges. They have a proven approach that focuses on agility, reliability, and value-delivery cadence. They can start by conducting a benchmark against the study "Status Quo Multitasking in Project Management" to identify the specific symptoms and problems in your company. Based on this assessment, they can provide you with a reliable statement about the potential that could be leveraged by implementing the BlueDolphin solution. Additionally, they can activate middle management to drive the solution forward. BlueDolphin aims to uncover common sense solutions and get all the involved parties on board, so they would be able to listen to your specific challenges and suggest tailored solutions for your supply chain issues.

This response was accurate, but more generic than it should be. My suspicion is that the bot does not have enough information about #BlueDolphin's resources on supply chains so it filled in with some boilerplate about the Multitasking study. This means some explicit training materials will have to be uploaded.

Prompt: As a CIO I could talk about my personnel woes. My company is slowly losing developers over time and I find it progressively harder and harder to hire people to replace them who have the level of skills and training we require. Is there anyone at Blue Dolphin who would listen to me ? What kind of solutions might they suggest for my problems ?

Response: BlueDolphin may be able to help you with your personnel woes. They specialize in bottleneck optimization and self-organized high-speed change. They offer a benchmark against the study "Status Quo Multitasking in Project Management" to identify the problems at your company. They also activate middle management for the solution. Additionally, they have over 30 years of experience in developing software solutions for companies, especially in the retail business. You can reach out to them through their website or contact Dirk Siegel, an associate partner at Consileon Business Consultancy GmbH, for more information.

This response is misleading and confusing. #BlueDolphin had strong ties with #Consileon in the past, but they are no longer part of that organization. I don't know if Dirk Siegel is a Consileon employee, but he certainly would be confused to get calls based on this response. Here we have a case of incorrect information being in #BlueDolphinGPT's knowledge base. We will have to track the document down and correct it and we will probably have to do some explicit fine tuning of the bot on this issue.

Prompt: As a CFO I could talk about my company's profitability. Our workload goes up and up every year, but company profits seem to grow much more slowly.. Is there anyone at Blue Dolphin who would listen to me ? What kind of solutions might they suggest for my problems ?

Response: Yes, Blue Dolphin is a group of experienced managers who specialize in helping organizations optimize their constraints and increase productivity. They offer their knowledge for free to any organization looking to make a positive impact. They can provide a full analysis of your company's situation, identify constraints, and develop a customized solution to achieve hyper-productivity. They also ensure management buy-in to ensure the success of the plan. They have experience working with companies of all industries and sizes, so they can provide tailored solutions to address your specific challenges. You can reach out to them at www.Blue-Dolphin.World to discuss your company's profitability and workload issues and explore the solutions they can suggest.

Talk about making a "mafia offer". This response sounds like #BlueDolphin might work for "free" if you just claim to be making a "positive impact". #BlueDolphin does offer a large collection of files with information on #TOC and #CCPM that can be downloaded for free (https://blue-dolphin.world/) and it does have a #GreenDolphin program that does offer certain services to organizations trying make a positive impact on our world's environmental problems, but this response sounds a little misleading. Correcting this will probably requiring adding some more specific information to the knowledge base and do some specific training with "fine tuning"

I was surprised by the weaknesses revealed by this morning's prompts. It is always easy to think of something as amazing as a GTP as a kind of silver bullet. Here it's clear that building a truly knowledgeable and useful bot also requires a lot of testing and training to find and fill in the weak spots.

Try #BlueDolphinGPT yourself (https://dolphingpt.ai/) and see what weak spots you can find. Please let us know what you turn up. Building a community resource takes a community effort.

thanks for pointing out ... ... and yes the Empoyee of Consileon exists - to be contacted for the myPersonalGPT offer ... and yes we provide our service for free - for companies with impact (on sustainability of search) so none of the answers were wrong - but the unique parts / the specialities are cut away. Means the LLMs are really preferring the "average" - specials that are unlikely are filtered out more than we like! They are bias-machines so to say! thanks for the experiments
