Hey, about me, what I say? If you want to know about my physical status, it might not be so high. But I am confident that I am a freelancer, creative, content writer and a kid’s short story writer.
I was a teacher by profession. I taught different level students in a well-established organization. And then I retired at the age of 55.
Before three months of my retirement, my sentiments were dual and jumbled up. I was unable to think what was making hodgepodge out of things?
Sometime I felt happy that after a long time I would feel free and sometimes sadness made me spoil.
After all I retired at 55. Starting few days were freedom days. I enjoyed a lot, met my old friends and relatives. These stunning days passed quickly. I felt myself nostalgic. I lived in the world ten years back or three months back.
All the time, I ended up recalling my students and my colleagues. I looked over that I was loosing my mental health.
So my audience, listen, how I built myself I was a teacher last year. Not only teacher, I was a motivator and a facilitator of my students. A necessary evil was sometimes the behavior of a few children. I was the teacher of mare’s nest. I never ever kept me away from my students’ attitude, mood and willing or no willingness. Why am I memorizing the past: the irritating students whose life I tried to change? Today, after retirement I have had an experience how step by step through psychological ways I handle the stubborn kids.
I was mostly found smiling. When I joined, Adeeb was a slow-learner child. In strength of 32 students, at least 12 were slow learners. 3 students were hyperactive and remaining were average students. Where I worked hard? I was used to prepare extra worksheets for hyperactive children. Because for slow learners’ mental improvement, it was necessary to keep busy these fiddle-footed kids, so that I could concentrate the slow learners. Adeeb was one of them; soon I realized that he has lost his trust upon his parents and teachers just due to their harsh behavior. Both parties had so many complaints against him as he was not an innocent child rather he was dangerous criminal. In actual, he was the victim of both parties violence. ?I spent hours and days but even he took years and did not survive like normal one. However my calm behavior and sweet smile worked, I finished his hesitation by lending an ear. Similarly, so many students of different badges were having foam at their mouth. That was not the monkey on my back. I solved the issues of slow-learners and hyperactive students very nicely. In a nutshell they got success.
Aah….always living in old memories is such an utter nonsense. After a few months, I felt myself totally a broken person. I tried to teach again at home but corona virus had afraid the people and the children were mostly studying at home. Even I announced free online classes and badly failed to collect a badge of a few students. I was the person who lived the whole life in learning process. But those days, what I was learning? I was unable to understand. I just knew that I had to reestablish myself, restore my abilities and had to construct again and make over. I made a few notes for me that keep me busy with pleasure. I started seeking out any creative and stress- relieving activity. In order to keep myself busy, I commenced watching videos on You Tube. I was searching for the activity when I explored that online working was at the peak of success. I got it a strongest, most successful and most fully developed process. Bulk videos were found on the topic ‘freelancing’.
?In 2020, there were 59 million people doing freelance work in the United States. This is an increase from 2014, when there were about 53 million people freelancing. The number of freelancers in the U.S. has been increasing since 2014.
?Day and night, I again worked hard in learning online working skills. Then making account on different platforms was one more step to success. I got approval of those accounts.

I noticed that in my job days I was polishing future masons and now I was reconstructing my personality by adopting totally a different path. At the age of 55, learning new ways was looking difficult and arduous. But soon I realized a teacher is always an academic writer and content writer. Especially the teacher, who taught toddlers of different categories, has had a skill of storytelling.
A new challenge was ready at every step. Making account and getting approval was not so tough but getting work was too laborious. I sensed my stomach started growling, not starved of eating food but starved to do something. I had to make out the messy ideas.?I started publishing my articles free of cast at free platforms and started enhancing my knowledge and skills. After a tough grind, I just got a little project. But that uphill battle would get success in coming days. The main point to be focused is ‘mental stability, mental balance and mental hygiene’.

I am a courageous one who agrees on expert’s view that:
MENTAL HEALTH IS NOT A DESTINATION, BUT A PROCESS. IT’S ABOUT HOW YOU DRIVE, NOT WHERE YOU’RE GOING.
The good thing is that, I am busy to explore new ways and totally forgot the pains and sufferings of old age. Believe it that Khalilullah (content writer: famed at you tube) deserves kudos for just putting up lectures on you tube very clear. He helped me understanding content writing without having a blood relation with him.
I wish the whole society may participate in improving mental health. When a number of people participate in fitness activities for more than 150 minutes a week, they participate. Because of expanding attention to the advantages of activity on both physical and psychological wellness, all that is fruitful. The ascent in corpulence, coronary illness and diabetes has additionally featured the need to adjust stationary ways of life, and government drives and games have given the business a further lift, as have mechanical turns of events.
