I co-hosted the 2024 #HRTalentHub Conference, Community Fest & Excellence Awards!!!

So LinkedIn fam, earlier this month, I had the incredible honour of co-hosting the 2024 HR TALENT HUB NG Conference, Community Fest, Dinner & Awards, alongside the highly cerebral Damilola Busari and the intellectual UJIRO EMMANUEL. This event was organized by the amazing HR TALENT HUB NG team led by Dr. Omotola Adedapo, GPHR, SHRM-SCP, MILR, ACIPM and took place at the NECA Auditorium in Lagos, Nigeria. It brought together hundreds of Career Professionals, Thought Leaders, and Industry Experts both physically and virtually under the theme: "EVOLVE. IGNITE. IMPACT."

This fully packed one-day impactful event was designed to provide career professionals with opportunities to learn, network, and ignite their professional journeys. Here’s a snapshot of the day:

• HR Conference & Community Fest: A morning filled with actionable insights from forward-thinking HR professionals and game-changing thought leaders, inspiring us to evolve and create meaningful impacts in our organizations and communities.

• Career Fair by CareerLeap : A platform for professionals to connect, explore opportunities, and engage with organizations looking to hire top talents.

• HR Excellence Dinner & Awards: A grand evening celebrating excellence in HR, with categories like the HR Spotlight Awards, Coaching Excellence Award, HR Consulting Excellence Award, and Industry Impact Awards. Over a hundred awards were won by various HR professionals.

• My personal highlight: The importance of building your personal brand and leveraging the power of networking. This event reinforced the fact that connections are key—not just to new job opportunities but to lifelong partnerships and impactful collaborations.
