I Charge for a Product, Then Go Make It. [Not the other way around]
At 9:00 am on Monday, August 22, 2022 I sold out of a product I hadn't even created yet.?
It is a process I've done for years and now have down to a science.
I don't make anything unless there is a proven demand.
I do this for 2 reasons: ??
1. I validate my ideas before I build.
2. I want my products to be an exceptional value.
I have seen too many friends build their businesses (website, social media, all the things) before they validate their idea by earning money. I work in reverse.
I'd much rather:
1. Give away my services for basically free to make sure people want them
2. Get valuable feedback from my first customers to make sure everything is top-notch
3. Iterate upon that feedback so I can provide 10x+ value for what you pay.
I aim to give people exactly what they want rather than what I think they want. The only way to do that is to build in public.
Working this way saves me from needing:
? startup capital
? a business plan
? an MBA
? Valium
I'm just having fun and building precisely what people are asking for.
I am part of the new generation of founders and would rather build a great company than a big one.
Plus, I earned $868 in one morning with just one LinkedIn post.
I was looking for 25-50 people and got 62.
Boom, baby!
How are you going to earn $1 online today?
