I Can’t Add One More Thing To My “To Do” List
So many people are feeling scattered and overwhelmed with getting things done on their “to do” list. Just too much to do and not enough time and no guarantee if I do it, that it makes any difference. Wow, that is depressing.
If you are not on the top of your “to do” list, then you actually need to take some serious time to shift that paradigm. Nothing is more important than you: health, wealth, joy, sleep, food, nutrition, exercise and most importantly, breathing into the stressful moments.
You can add one moment for you. Then you add two. You can use alarms on your phone to remind you. Or post it notes, which I truly discourage because they can populate your life as they increase. Louise Hay has stated that the most important and long term intimate relationship you have is with you…how is that going?
