I can proudly say it's been nothing short of a dream!

After a year of maternity break, when I said yes to Sam Darwin and Dan to join Joy Technologies, little did I know what I had signed up for. From being the first HR, to see the company grow leaps and bounds from 15 employees to 100+ within a year, to being mentored directly by the leadership team, recruitment to employee engagement, to be celebrated as the motherly HR figure of the company,?I can proudly say it's been nothing short of a dream!?More than anything I would have ever asked for. An amazing, rollercoaster, exciting, challenging, satisfying, and once-in-a-lifetime dream! 1 year passed in a blink of an eyelid...?Hope to continue the dream run!
