I can help !

I am a turnaround professional with many years of rescuing and in some cases resurrecting struggling businesses, I moved up to the north west last year and I am looking for something where I can make full use of my skills and experience.

I am looking to work with a business that has lost its way or is simply struggling in a changing market, I am looking to work with a founder who understands their situation and who is committed to doing whatever it takes to save their business.

My approach is hands on and I would be looking to get actively involved in the business on a part time basis. I am not looking for a large project fee or a high day rate and I would be happy to work with a cash / equity split.

In the spirit of openness, I have turned around a number of businesses in various stages of distress but all of the businesses that have approached me were salvageable but this can be determined very quickly .
