I'm the guy you call when you want to change your perceived reality. I enjoy ethical A.I. development, making CME programs for doctors, hosting retreats globally, and meditating on non-dual philosophy.
Picture this: a tool that peels back the layers of your thoughts and behaviors, a creation born from real struggles and triumphs. That's what I've been working on in the ever-challenging healthcare world, leading to a OpenAI creation using the GPT builder that is now publically availble. I call it The Life Formula.
My journey began as a doctor with a vision - to make healthcare better, especially for those often overlooked, such as geratric patients. The road was tough. Every day brought new challenges, from managing tight budgets to navigating complex medical billing. At one point I didn't know if we were going to survive. But each hurdle was also a stepping stone, teaching me resilience and innovation.
This professional path was just one part of my story. In my personal life, I was learning too – balancing family, understanding my own thoughts in the face of doubt, and maintaining relationships in the whirlwind of an unconventional startup. These personal and professional experiences started shaping an idea – a tool that could help others facing similar life puzzles.
Coaching, especially under the guidance of my coach Sabine and inspired by the teachings of Tony Robbins, opened new doors of perception for me. The insights I gained here laid the groundwork for The Life Formula.
Discovering the potential of custom GPT models with OpenAI was a game-changer. I envisioned a tool that wasn’t just a repository of information but one that could truly understand and interact with users. I poured into The Life Formula the wisdom from influential books, practical advice from my own book, and personal life lessons. But I wanted more than just a smart tool; I aimed for something that felt human. It had to ask the right questions, offer kindness, and empower users to find actionable solutions.
The Life Formula isn’t just another self-help tool. It's a companion in your quest for self-discovery and understanding. It uses simple yet profound techniques like the '5 Whys' and the Ishikawa diagram not just to identify problems, but to understand their roots. This approach, combined with a compassionate conversational style, makes it a unique aid in exploring the depths of your personality and behaviors.
I’m now extending an invitation to you. Try The Life Formula. Whether it's understanding why you react a certain way in stressful situations or exploring your deepest motivations, The Life Formula is here to guide you. It's a tool that offers insights for both personal growth and professional development.

1 年The term "burnout" originated in the 1960s as slang for chronic drug abuse, based on observations of drug addicts staring blankly at lit cigarettes they were holding until they literally burned out. Psychologist Herbert Freudenberger was the first to apply the term to occupational exhaustion, describing it as a response to stress, frustration, and demand. He likened the syndrome to a charred building, describing it as the "high cost of high achievement" and the "gradual emotional depletion, loss of motivation, and reduced commitment" among volunteers at a free clinic in New York City.
