My colleague Jedith S. asked chatGPT to write a song about 360 Feedback. What are your thoughts on this crowdsourced sentiment?

Verse 1: We all want to improve, to be the best we can be

But sometimes we need help, to see what we can't see

That's where 360 Feedback comes into play

It's a powerful tool to help us on our way

Chorus: 360 Feedback, it's the way to go

From our peers and managers, we'll learn and grow

The good and the bad, we'll take it all in stride

360 Feedback, it's how we'll thrive

Verse 2: From different perspectives, we'll get a well-rounded view

Of what we're doing well, and what we need to improve

It's not about judgment, it's about constructive critique

So we can take action, and reach our peak

Chorus: 360 Feedback, it's the way to go

From our peers and managers, we'll learn and grow

The good and the bad, we'll take it all in stride

360 Feedback, it's how we'll thrive

Bridge: We'll use the feedback to set some goals

And work towards them, with heart and soul

We'll celebrate our successes, and learn from our mistakes

And 360 Feedback, it's what it takes

I'm presenting on a panel about "coachability" tomorrow and as I re-read this "song" the line that strikes me most related to the session is "The good and the bad, we'll take it all in stride; 360 Feedback, it's how we'll thrive". One of the most important elements of success in using 360 Feedback well is the question of how leaders can "take it in stride"...or at least be open to the feedback so they can use it constructively rather than being defensive. Thankfully, it seems AI applications have not yet learned to be defensive...easy for them to say.

What would be amazing is if your repeated the same request, would it deliver the same words or has ChatGPT "learned" more since then
