I am truly honoured to receive this award for participation in the International Communication Forum (UAE) from the Director General of SGMB.

Innovation Syncronized - Systems Thinking and Emotional Intelligence - for problem-solving.

During this remarkable event, I had the privilege of delivering a training session to school students on System Thinking and Communication. I was truly impressed by the quality of the students and their very high level of engagement. The students expressed their delight and enthusiasn for more Systems Thinking and Emotional Intelligence for future classes.

It’s inspiring to see the next generation's eagerness to learn and their passion for critical thinking and innovation. The teachers and the students were particularly thrilled to meet the AI Robot (a real pet robot) that we introduced to the Class that could answer questions about the future of Technology and Communications and how humans might interact with AI emotionally.

Thank you so much to the Sharjah Government Media Bureau for hosting such a powerful and impactful forum.

My Dream has always been to bring Best Innovation and Creative practices that we deliver for Scientists, Business Leaders and Lecturers so that we can empower young people -enabling them to benefit from Technology, Critical Thinking, Creativity and Systems Thinking. By creating frameworks and systems that educate children in emotional intelligence and systems thinking from an early age, we set the stage for future leaders to operate from a place of compassion and wisdom.

When we work with companies like Shell, ABB, and Rolls Royce, we apply techniques that break free from conventional wisdom and linear thinking. Instead of relying on traditional scenario planning or forecasting, we embraced a different approach: creating the future by manifesting our collective imagination.
