I am tired of seeing SAAS founders spend a fortune to build the tech.

It's been more than 11 years since i have been working as a tech consultant. After seeing startups rise and even crash and burn -
I am tired of seeing SAAS founders waste tons of money to build tech.
2024 - a lot of hearts, dreams, visions, teams, plans, late nights drowned to the unknown.
It takes a lot of effort, consistency and grit to make a startup successful. As per CB Insights there were two major holes identified in the startup ship in 2024 -
→ Hole 1: They ran out of cash / failed to raise capital.
→ Hole 2: No market need / Market validation.
You can validate a market by research before building a MVP and then build a solid MVP to test early response. I also help founders one on one in engineering a investor-ready scalable a MVP from scratch. Or you could train at least of your engineer on my legacy framework to blueprint a software.
Now, the major problem - THE CASH FLOW NIGHTMARE.
You can always raise more money and spend a fortune on advertisement. That could sure bring some early customers and put your SAAS in front of future customers.
But looking at the success rate of acquisition, it takes a very long time to turn profitable. And only 18% of the startups really focus on retention and profitability. You can use my non-technical framework to engineer retention and profitability in your softwares.
?? Here are some proven methods to save yourself a fortune
Before starting a single line of code, you need to have a very clear architecture in front of the entire team.
→ How the data would flow one step to another.
→ How would the customer engage at every level.
→ How would you cope up with a disaster.
→ How can you reduce your responsibility by automation.
When you just focus on timeline and agile plans, you are tracking not planning.
2. The core business
The core business should be well integrated with the software.
→ Research and clearly identify what your business looks like.
→ Ask Why's at least 3 times per problem.
→ Clearly identify how and where the software would be used.
→ Focus on automating the core business, then go to designs.
Even if you have the best designs, without right implementation of core business. You will receive praise not business.

3. The Customer Psychology
Clearly define your customer personas for every stakeholder using the software.
→ Who will be the person using this feature?
→ Why would the customer be motivated to use this?
→ What problem is the customer looking to solve?
→ Why would a customer keep coming again and again?
Without the right questions, you will never have the right answers.
You don't just build software products. You engineer them. The more time you spend on planning, the better is your outcome. You'll know exactly what to build and how to make customers fall in love.
This becomes your product development bible.
Without spending a dime.
