I am Thankful.

My journey in clinical research has blossomed into a profound and unwavering passion. The challenging times I’ve encountered have only deepened my love for this field, teaching me resilience and perseverance. Staying in this industry has shown me the crucial role I play in the vast world of clinical research. More importantly, it has illuminated how vital we all are to the patients who will benefit from these treatments, reminding me daily of the purpose behind our work.

My passion extends beyond the research itself; it encompasses how this industry has transformed my life. This transformation fuels my desire to help others experience the same change. I have an innate eagerness to serve, and there is no better field than this to fulfill that purpose. I aim to assist small sites in securing studies they are capable of excelling in and to help sponsors ensure the success of their trials.

Throughout my career, I’ve also learned the invaluable skill of working with a diverse array of personalities. Clinical research is a global endeavor, and I've had the privilege of collaborating with people from different backgrounds and cultures. Each interaction has taught me the importance of empathy, patience, and effective communication. No matter how different we are or how far apart we may be geographically, we come together with a common goal: advancing medical science for the betterment of humanity. This unity in diversity has enriched my professional and personal life, teaching me that collaboration can transcend boundaries and lead to extraordinary outcomes.

At ICON, I fall in love with every protocol I manage because my passion lies in serving others, and my expertise naturally supports this mission. Each project is a new opportunity to make a difference, to learn, and to grow. Reflecting on my journey, I am immensely grateful for what this field has done for me. It has changed my life, granting me a reality I once thought unattainable. Growing up with very little, this is a fairytale come true for me. The opportunities, the experiences, and the personal growth I’ve encountered are beyond what I could have imagined.
