I am not a terrorist, I am your future SMRT CEO.
I know I did not write an article last month and I don't intend to write another this month either but do read through this as I express my displeasure.
Reviewing TRR paper 22-00303 "Review of Virtual Simulation of Crowd Motion for Urban Emergency Management" that talked about emergency preparedness in both natural as well as unnatural disasters such as terrorism reminded me of a totally unnecessary saga that happened yesterday.
There I was, at Woodlands Integrated Transport Hub (WITH) conducting my 5th site visit and boom, I was then designated as a safety threat and asked to leave the premises. How can someone who works to improve practices at countering terrorism be a terrorist himself!?
Seriously, SMRT, wake up your idea and read my report. I ask you, does this look like an elaborate plan to bomb the bus interchange or otherwise do anything untoward to it? Do you want to retain Woodlands Bus Package or not? You should know very well why I am in Woodlands - people don't like you. Likewise with my warning related to rail disruption where your mentality is "Breakdowns won't happen", you are simply too complacent - thinking that you will never lose Woodlands. And even if you don't officially lose it, you've already lost your residents. I don't even have to repeat myself but I feel I always have to - your reputation does not matter! If your bus services are great and the way you respond to rail disruption is commendable, would people even mock you for another breakdown? Time and again I told you to be on your toes but CCL, TEL, BPLRT - it's all the same - commuters complained about how unprepared the staff are.
Tower Transit Singapore is already at your doorstep and if or when they take over, I will work with them to improve their services and not help you 'get it back', despite my personal branding and identity. What I look for in an operator is them being receptive to feedback and while SMRT you were in the past, you aren't so much now. Fact, TTS has been more open to my advice than you have been in the past few years. My opinion of SBS Transit remains unchanged but if they are willing to change, I too, can lead them. And Go-Ahead Singapore has improved significantly since inception.
To the LTA, SBST, TTS and GAS, do respond to my case IRN#20220523-01-20220524-02-PT01234-IAMNOTATERRORIST as soon as possible so I don't have to be designated as a terrorist whenever I am going the extra MKBF in serving our commuters better, in improving our industry. (Thank you Tower Transit Singapore for being the first to reply, even if it's just a general acknowledgement saying that my case will be conveyed to the relevant departments.)

Tower Transit Singapore and SBS Transit, see you 'shun' in Yishun! As I said above, I will not be there to try to get Yishun back for SMRT, I am more than happy to work with you both on how you can better serve commuters there and provide them the level of service they desire - not the level of SMRT, but the level better than that of SMRT's.
To the world, this is how Singapore treats me. Yes, in my email I expressed disappointment like I have never before. I've always been civil when writing emails and even if the tone is slightly unacceptable to people in general, it has never gone this far to me lashing out at the company directly.
Am I:
Strange?
Irregular?
Abnormal?
Unusual?
Sure I am, but does that make me a terrorist? I was never normal to begin with because if I was, you would've never heard of me.
The only thing I terrorise is your job stability because of your incompetence.
