I am a tad sceptical of the IWD reverick

Yesterday was International Women's Day but I didn't want to bombard you with another post, so I waited until today (aren't I very patient!).

Some of it is starting to feel tokenistic to me, so I posted a wee piece on?Twitter?/?LinkedIn?and a quick reflective practice on?TikTok?(I am still figuring out what I think about this platform, anyone else in the professional world using it?).

Lunch & Lead - Authentic Confidence

Based on some great feedback from you all, I have set a date and time for a free?"Lunch & Lead"?session this April focused on authentic confidence.

Authentic confidence does a few things well, it avoids imposter syndrome, lends to better leadership/management skills, works well with being empowering while also feeling empowered, it stops this feeling of not good enough or a desire to prove ourselves. A few updates

• My research officially launched Monday and it is not gathering too much momentum, so I would be so so grateful for any help you lovely people could offer. I would really appreciate any Coach or coaching psychologist on this email list or anyone who knows one, sending this on!?I need some help from coaches and coaching psychologists working in Ireland or the UK experienced working with or working towards Inclusive Leadership with their coachees/clients. • Yesterday we had our 2nd session of the Inclusive Leader Development Pilot Programme and I have to say, it kind of blew my mind what an amazing group of people I am humbled to be working with.
