I Am So Sorry…
Who is it that you need to say that to today? Is it you? Your partner? Your boss? Your kids?
Saying it will allow you a sense of relief that shifts guilt and ego to ease and grace. We all need a bit more grace these days.
If you can’t say it, write it. Text it. Email it. Get a piece of real paper and write it on the sheet and then stick it under the windshield wipers of their car. Just say you are sorry to whomever needs to hear it. And if that is you, try getting very close to you in the mirror and looking into your eyes and apologizing. You can do this.
