I am " So hum" the Universe

“I am the Universe” comes from the realisation that you're not separate from any of it and never could be no matter how hard you tried. How could the Universe possibly give rise to something that isn't… the Universe? Short answer: it can't. Even humans with our perception of an individual self inside of us, are all part of the same great Whole. We ARE the Universe.
And not talking really figuratively, either. Literally. We might try to distance ourselves from aspects of that Whole via denial or just “not thinking about something,” usually the “dark” side of things, but those are just as much a part of us as the “light” side of things. How could we recognise something outside of us unless we saw it inside ourselves first? Thus, there is nothing you can perceive or name that you are not already, and, logically, that means you are the Universe.
If you at all think there are any differences between you and the Universe, you're deluding yourself. Good and bad, hot and cold, beautiful and ugly, all part of the same big miasma we call the Universe, or God, or Fate, or whatever “highest” name we can think of at the time that encompasses the totality of all existence. Trying to control what parts of the Universe you manifest as (or otherwise saying, “I am that, but I am not this,”) is very much at the core of human suffering. By identifying solely as a human, you get all the goodies that come along with it. By further identifying as more specific things, rich, poor, selfish, etc., we create a world where opposites abound and we struggle “which side to choose” so that we get the “best” experience.
Specifically, what does it mean to be a human that doesn’t actually do anything, in the sense of initiating any truly independent action? The energy of the universe already exists and is on it’s own so called "uber-complex" path of evolution. It’s all just molecules after all. A human is a like a conscious character in a movie that doesn’t know about the script. Seeing this, the human I as an isolated, self-responsible being winks out of existence and only the primordial “I am” of being itself remains.
Therefore a few persons saying “I am the universe” mean that literally. There are no others. It’s a little bit hard to get in our world of apparent persons that think they are self-determining. That our ego program blocks recognition of how we are a product of nature, nurture and response to conditions. It’s a bit like how Trump is a self made billionaire that only had the help of some millions of dollars in seed money to get started and he never looked back.
I could be a lone energy in the space of nothingness interacting with my own creation (maybe even writing this to answer my own question), for all I know I'm just looking for fun in this simulation I've created, like answering your question or believing it's your question and this is my answer. Our senses are like holographic sensor that renders everything for us to believe it's there. How you know where you are could be a simple deception of your mind and body, here is an example: where do you think your head really is?
The universe doesn't revolve around you, it evolves inside of you from the touch of your mother's womb to this moment, you've been creating and shaping every detail of the world, and universe in its background. I'd like to think of our mind as a super computer that makes everything up, for us to interact with ourselves (just like computer engages with its own application) what do you say of that?
After an experience I declared “I am what IS”. In psychiatry it’s called de-personalisation, or the loss of the self. This is what is referred to. The loss of the illusions of separateness, control, etc. If you experience this perspective what we understand as “you” and what is outside of “you” is really one thing. Therefore “I am the universe” “I am God” “I am what IS” etc all attempts to express this perspective. Stay Blessed! #kishoreshintre
