I am a Pioneer in PMH Screening

1?? I Am Trailblazing a New Path in Maternal Mental Health I didn’t just step into the perinatal mental health screening space—I built an entirely new path where none existed. As the founder of Ingram Screening, I have redefined what effective, evidence-based, and ethical screening looks like. I challenge the status quo and demand that healthcare systems recognize the true cost of untreated perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs). Screening is not an afterthought—it’s a necessity.

2?? I Am Swimming Against the Current In an industry that resists change, I refuse to stay quiet. While many wait for change, I create it. I have faced resistance from healthcare organizations, insurance companies, and Big Pharma—institutions that profit from crisis care instead of prevention. But I will not stop pushing back against outdated practices, financial barriers, and institutional apathy. Screening saves lives, and I will fight for it every step of the way.

3?? I Am Challenging Big Pharma & the Healthcare System I know the truth: the system is designed to treat symptoms, not prevent suffering. Big Pharma and healthcare corporations thrive on reactionary care, while I fight for proactive solutions. I will not accept a world where struggling parents are dismissed, medicated, or ignored instead of being properly screened and supported. I am forcing a paradigm shift—one that prioritizes mental health, early intervention, and real solutions over profit.

4?? I Am Creating a Paradigm Shift in Maternal Mental Health Traditional maternal/perinatal health models fail parents by treating screening as optional or ineffective. I am proving otherwise. I have built a global framework for perinatal mental health screening (launching March 1) that equips providers with the tools to assess, intervene, and heal—before a crisis can escalate. Screening is not a checkbox. It is a lifeline.

5?? I Am Standing Up to Bureaucracy & Inaction I refuse to let outdated policies, bureaucratic red tape, or financial disincentives stand in the way of saving lives. I am holding healthcare leaders, policymakers, and insurers accountable. If they claim to care about maternal health but refuse to act—I will call them out. If they hide behind policy while parents suffer—I will not back down.

6?? I Am Taking This Fight Global This is bigger than the U.S.—this is a global movement. Maternal mental health knows no borders, and I am expanding my work into multiple countries to ensure screening becomes a standard of care worldwide. Every parent, everywhere, deserves access to mental health screening and support.

7?? I Am a Visionary Who Won’t Back Down This isn’t just advocacy for me—it’s action. I don’t just talk about screening; I build the programs, create the tools, educate providers, and equip clinics with real solutions. Every system that claims to serve parents needs to ask itself: Are we truly screening? Are we truly supporting?

Redefining Screening. Reshaping Systems. Restoring Hope.
