I am out of my teens now & time just flew by in a blink of an eye - from 14-Apr-2003 to 14-Apr-2023!

As I celebrate 20 years of my association with Infosys, just wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for multiple leaders, clients, colleagues, peers, teams, partners and beyond for their unwavering support throughout. It is hard to believe how quickly time has passed since I joined this incredible company.

Thanks to the leadership and mentorship of many who have been part of the journey, bestowed their faith, provided opportunities and shaped my growth - both personally and professionally. They taught me to speak last, be humble, think broad, be up to date, be ambitious, question the status quo, be creative, be bold, respect people and keep an eye on growth opportunities. I would particularly want to call out a few - Chandrashekar Kakal , Ravi Kumar S , Vijay Ratnaparkhe , Narsimha Rao Mannepalli , Satish H.C. , Dinesh Rao , Rajesh V. , Rajesh Murthy , Sunil Senan , Tarang Puranik , Gopikrishnan Konnanath , Dinesh Mohan , Deepak Pelluru , Srinivas Kamadi , Indranil Mukherjee , Sandeep Kulkarni , Lax Gopisetty , Anand Iyer Naveen L. , Sankar Konduru , Sanjay Ladha

It is also the right time to extend my gratitude to my clients, colleagues and teams who have been an integral part of my journey here at Infosys. They have made work fun, created a family environment and made the office a fabulous place to be in! Many of these team members are no longer with Infosys, but I am proud of them as they have taken the experience from Infosys to grow some of the best companies globally and even started their own ventures. I always keep them in my thoughts, even if I am unable to connect with them frequently. Similarly, many joined us from other great organizations and brought fresh perspectives, energy and zeal into the practice. Their hard work, dedication, and collaboration have immensely contributed to the success of our team, Microsoft Practice, and Infosys. I feel that I am fortunate as I got an opportunity to work alongside such a talented group of individuals.

As I reflect on the past two decades, I am filled with pride and appreciation for the experiences and memories that I have shared with many. I got an opportunity to work across roles & responsibilities, business lines, domains, technologies, and initiatives while getting global exposure through multiple travels and the chance to work with people in more than 17 countries and 27+ cities. Here back at home in Hyderabad, of course, I cherish great facilities across Infosys campuses in India (each of them a mini campus and a sustainable city in itself).

From the challenges we have overcome to the victories we have celebrated; I could not have asked for a better group of people to have by my side throughout it all. I cannot name all of them here who have touched my life, but I do thank all of you from the bottom of my heart for your continued support and belief in me.

I look forward to the next chapter of my career here at Infosys and to the opportunities that lie ahead. Thanks and have a wonderful weekend ahead.
