I am now a realtor!

I spent most of my life as a public school teacher and my husband and I spent years working hard to pay off our house. We did, lived there for 20+ years and made a profit of 150K. This sounds o.k., but I have lived in Miami for three years and purchased a townhouse, the current market has them selling for 200K+ over my purchase price. I now wish I would have spent my time building equity and moving every 5 years to a larger house.
