Every day, I audit my RPMS (Relational, Physical, Mental, and Spiritual health) by asking myself on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the highest:

• Relationally – Am I investing in meaningful connections?
• Physically – Am I taking care of my body through exercise, rest, and nutrition?
• Mentally – Am I guarding my thoughts, learning, and staying emotionally strong?
• Spiritually – Am I aligning with my purpose and staying grounded in faith?

This real-life action opens me up to healthier financial health. No matter the amount, equal sacrifice produces the law of sowing and reaping.
