These crazy times have brought out a lot of good things as people have rushed to help others. But not all has been good and some has even been unethical.

I have seen post after post claiming banks cannot get mortgages closed, making direct attacks on certain lenders and even claiming that they are the only mortgage broker who can do business right now... none of which is true.

I certainly cannot speak for everyone... but I am here every day to answer any questions you may have regarding your mortgage. Here are a few things to know...

• If you are buying a house or looking to refinance I am able to close most loans within 30 days.
• Appraisers, title companies, Realtors and lenders have been deemed essential services and although there are a lot of safety protocols in place loans are closing everyday.
• Rates have been a little crazy going up and down but are still low and the banks are lending.
• If you have heard horror stories of rates going up or people losing loans they had been told they had... call me and I will try my best to help.
• If you are worried about paying your mortgage call your lender right away to discuss it with them.
