1.?????? What advice would you give your younger self entering the workplace?
The advice I would give my younger self would be to embrace every opportunity before me, learn new skills and knowledge, stay curious and seek out training and development opportunities. I would tell my younger self to build strong relationships. Networking is crucial, connect with colleagues, mentors, and industry professionals. These relationships can provide support, guidance, and opportunities.
2.?????? What values are most important to you when defining an ideal work culture?
The most important values for me are respect, integrity, collaboration, and diversity. I deeply believe everyone in the workplace should feel valued and respected, regardless of their role or background. An ethical work environment where people are truthful, and actions are consistent for building trust. Teamwork and open communication should be encouraged, as it leads to innovation and a stronger sense of community. Lastly, a diverse workforce brings a variety of perspectives and experiences, leading to better decision-making and a more dynamic work environment.
3.?????? What fuels your passion for life?
My passion for life includes helping others, personal growth, and achieving goals. Making a positive impact on others' lives brings immense satisfaction.
