I am not a disciplined person.

If you see my morning routine, you’d probably wonder:

How the HELL does she coach people on mindset and balance? ??


? I DON'T meditate (at least not regularly) ????

? I DON'T journal for 30 minutes (while sipping on a cup of organic tea) ??

? And I DON'T do yoga in the mornings. ????


Don't get me wrong, I tried.... REALLY HARD.

But it just does not work for me. It’s just not my thing! ??

But let’s be honest, forcing yourself into a “PERFECT” wellness routine

or hustling 24/7 is NOT the answer.

I agree, I tried all these too and it just led me to more burnout, because I was pushing myself to do something which I wasn't good at.
