Basic procedures

1. Supplier must confirm in writing gold is from a non-conflict zone.
2. After a understanding between F T LLC and the supplier on price and terms. then the supplier must send all registration documents, copies of sample export documents to be reviewed. These documents will include passports of all parties connected to the transaction.
3. Upon completion of review by the Refinery, we schedule a conference call between all parties including Refinery compliance department.
4. Once review of all documents and Conference calls, then Refinery will use acceptance letter via email with approval as supplier to U.S.
5. The refinery will only accept a Maximum of 10KG on first delivery and it's highly recommended the supplier of record accompany first delivery in person to Refinery.
6. Once we have everything in place the 10KG arrives, clears custom ect. goes to Assay and Supplier is paid while he is present.
