“I am that I am”

“I am that I am”

The question “Who am I?” is the set up of our life’s illusion. It begins the cycle of the mind or brain trying to create the definition of who we think we need to be, in comparison to others. Or what we think we need to be to fit in. And the beginning of our lives illusion created in the mind. All beginning in childhood, every issue we have stems from this first doubt.

Great question, Daniel Wilson and I am learning that, due to my upbringing, I identified myself completely by what I did, how helpful I had been to another, how well I did in a job, and what people said about me. These are all things external to me and what I am learning now is to feel and appreciate what i feel within; to acknowledge that whoever or whatever I am, I am currently in a physical body, and to feel that physicality and to develop a deeper awareness of how to live and express all of me from there.
