The current situation regarding the economy in the big cities, people is under opposite inmigration.

I was a young guy in an implementation IT project when I was involved into a daily in and out of NJ to NYC. daily the train lead me to times square and the same faces we were back to NJ at the end of the day. It was very expensive to handle a life at Manhattan so coming back to the peace of the open field and nice Italian food was the best option.

What is happening nowadays with COVID-19, when the companies declared their employees can come back to the city when 2021 arrives and contingency allows better conditions. I am sure a toon of nice talent will not want to come back. People are realizing it is better to be at home with family and stop paying those rents at levels of the sky where the very short apartments are located. Same situation as the people working ar Sante Fe in Mexico. and the main cities around the globe.

Humanity has realized, better co-work spaces are in the forest, the fields, beaches, NATURE!

Those cities began to be empty, the 2,000 USD rents are no more required when you only need a big range of wi-fi and desk space at your own in other environments.

Another tendency is to work and travel in a great experience. So new reality will lead us into freedom.
