I have been in the distribution industry for 1 year and recently reached this milestone.

My favorite part of my field of work is the growing dedication. There are various tasks each day to keep us busy, such as picking orders quickly, maintaining safety, and trying to do this at a reasonable pace.

I am passionate about arriving to work on time and having enough sleep for energy to function throughout the day.

Aspects such as being quick on my feet and understanding how the scanners work have helped me reach my current position at our warehouse. Satisfying customers’ needs regarding speed and accuracy is always in mind.

AAPI Heritage Month is a time to celebrate and honor diverse cultures. This?is also a time to look back at shared history and achievements. This month, we can share our pride and educate others about our heritage.

My Indian heritage has instilled values in me, such as respect, hard work, the importance of family, and guiding my professional and personal life. These same values shape my character and keep me connected to my roots.
7.????? What are some traditions in your family that are important to you?
Celebrating festivals such as Diwali and Holi are an important tradition that keeps us connected to our culture and strengthens family bonds. These moments are cherished and meaningful to my family and me.

I wish others knew the rich diversity and deep meaning behind Indian traditions and festivals. Our culture emphasizes hospitality, respect, and community. Each region offers unique customs and languages, which is special.

My favorite quote is from Charles Lindbergh: “I don’t believe in taking unnecessary risks, but a life without risk isn’t worth living.”
