Hyper App the journey
In 2022 I was a project manager for one of the biggest information systems developed in Uzbekistan. We had a launch but it was very painful and there were lots of troubles on migration of the DataBase from the old systems to the new one. It was a real headache for developers, system administrators and even for me as a responsible person for the project. Little did I know that the seriousness of the data that we need to migrate was very critical to not to lose them. We worked non stop with couple of hours of sleep daily.
Those days my teammate, friend and in the future business partner Farrukh Muratov was responsible for the additional micro-service that had to be implemented into the project. So two teams project had to be merged and migrated to one server.
We had difficulties with DevOps, with automatization and resources we were using were huge.
4th of April 2022, with Farrukh, discussing the clouds and servers, we came up with the idea to start a StartUp. We said why not us to make a solution for the enterprise that will make easier the process of DevOps, can give a clear analytics of the finance for the CFO & CEOs and even make an easy entrance for system administrators to implement the DevOps solutions into their development process.
The plans were huge, we started working on research and made our first business plan. Those times we were working with one the best Financial Specialist in Uzbekistan Rustam Bekchanov . He was the person who gave a hand to help with financial side of the plan.
Making a draft presentation we started reaching the investors asking for feedback. That time we had a chance to meet and get a clear feedback from Tom Hammond . With his help we found out how we can grow globally and how we can make a real StartUp that will be successful.
After couple of month we found out that we need a legal advisor on how to deal with international contracts as we had a plan to grow globally. We had a chance to increase the board of advisors with one of the best lawyers in Uzbekistan.
The most exciting moment is everybody that we reach helped us. Everyone that were helping told us: "I want to see how far your ambitions will take you".
As from the beginning for the software to manage the cloud infrastructure we chose Nutanix , we needed to decide the hardware vendor among Dell, HPC, Lenovo and SuperMicro. Having a research, we settled on a choice of 联想 . More than sure that the main reason why we chose Lenovo were because of the people that work there.

Having a chance to take a part on LenovoDay Tashkent in autumn of that year we met Maxim who consulted us on how efficiently use Nutanix and to reach our goal and become one of the first cloud providers in Central Asia powered by Nutanix.
Afterr couple of days we met a high qualified professionals that are now leading our R&D and CyberSecurity departments. A bit later had a chance to meet Shavkat Karimov who shared me the secrets of becoming the leader.
In the end of the 2022th we have become the resident of the IT PARK Uzbekistan .
In 2023 people heard about us first time in the opening ceremony of the biggest IT Community Uzbekistan. With the help of 联想 and HYCU, Inc. we could give access to the beta version of the our platform where enterprises from Uzbekistan had a chance to try it first.
One of the main achievements of this year were partnering with HYCU, Inc. one of the leading DRaaS and BaaS solutions provider.
It was not easy during the whole year but with the help of majority people we had a chance to bring this StartUp to life. We are very grateful for all who supported us.
And now, having all the things ready, we are working on Launching our project in Uzbekistan.
