Rubén, i think that is not necessary to change too much current methodologies. Just put all together in the same working room with coffee and food and what do you want to happen will happen naturally. The only secret is the project room

I really can't agree with you on this. Of course any software-based product needs programming, but saying everything else is "support" is not accurate. I understand your point here is to empower programmers, but having a room full of people coding is not what makes a good product.

I heard of your talk was awesome, I couldn't attend but let me say that this presentation is self-explanatory and I fully agree. Terrific work!!!
