Hydroxy acrylic resin with high reactive activity in polyurethane coating

In order to realize purpose, the preparation method of high reaction activity Hydroxylated acrylic resin , the method may comprise the steps:

1) at first, in reactor, feeds inert gas element, then add organic solvent, be warming up to 80 ~ 150 ℃ and make solvent refluxing;

2) secondly, keeping temperature of reaction system is 80 ~ 150 ℃, drips the mixture of initiator, hard monomer, soft monomer, the carboxylic monomer that contains 4-vinylformic acid hydroxy butyl ester, carboxylic monomer and chain-transfer agent in 2 ~ 5h to reactor, insulation 0.5 ~ 1h;

3) last, keeping temperature of reaction system is 80 ~ 150 ℃, drips the mixture of initiator, organic solvent among 0.5 ~ 1h to reactor, is incubated 1 ~ 2h, and cooling discharge promptly obtains a kind of Hydroxylated acrylic resin of high reaction activity.

  • Example

At first, in reactor, feed nitrogen, press mass fraction and add:

-60 parts dimethylbenzene and

-30 parts N-BUTYL ACETATE,

be warming up to about 130 ℃ and make solvent refluxing;

Secondly, keeping temperature of reaction system is reflux temperature, in 3h, drip the mixture of:

-2.5 parts of di-t-butyl peroxides,

-40 parts of methyl methacrylates,

-20 parts of vinylbenzene,

-10 parts of n-BMAs,

-5 parts of butyl acrylates,

-15 parts of 4-vinylformic acid hydroxy butyl esters (4-HBA),

-3 parts of hydroxyethyl methylacrylates,

-1 part of vinylformic acid and

-1 part of lauryl mercaptan,

insulation 1h to the reactor constant speed;

At last, keeping temperature of reaction system is reflux temperature, drips the mixture of:

0.5 part of di-t-butyl peroxide and

10 parts of dimethylbenzene in 1h to reactor,

?insulation 2h, and cooling discharge promptly obtains a kind of highly active Hydroxylated acrylic resin.
