Hydrogen can be stored either as a gas or as a liquid. Hydrogen gas storage typically requires high-pressure tanks (350-700 bar or 5000-10,000 psi), while #liquid_hydrogen storage requires cryogenic temperatures to prevent it from boiling back into a gas (which occurs at ?252.8°C). Hydrogen can also be stored on the surface (adsorption) or within solid materials (absorption).
