Job descriptions 职责描述:
1. Responsible for the initiation, implementation and conclusion of the research and development project of catalysts for proton exchange membrane fuel cells;
2. Responsible for staff training, staff work assessment and operation guidance of the catalyst team for proton exchange membrane fuel cells;
3. Responsible for the research and development, process design and improvement of catalysts for proton exchange membrane fuel cells;
4. Responsible for laboratory production verification of catalysts for proton exchange membrane fuel cells and technical output of mass production, and formed operation instruction manual;
5. Responsible for the establishment and commissioning of the industrial continuous production line of the catalyst laboratory for proton exchange membrane fuel cells;
6. Responsible for the summary and report of laboratory analysis and test results of catalysts for plasmon-exchange membrane fuel cells, and give improvement plans;
7. Responsible for product application output, final product performance test feedback, and give improvement plans;
8. Wrote and protected patents for all R&D and production processes;

Job Requirements?职位要求:
1. Doctor degree or above.
2. Major in chemistry, materials, chemical engineering, electrochemistry, etc
3. Familiar with the common preparation methods and characterization methods of catalysts for proton exchange membrane fuel cells, and have practical experience in industrial scaling of catalyst production process.
4. Successful working experience with proton exchange membrane fuel cell catalyst is preferred;
5. More than 3 years experience in hydrogen related work; Noble metal catalyst research and development experience is preferred;
