Vivoil manufactures high-end external-gear hydraulic motors that find applications in in numerous fields, including industry, renewable energy production, automotive, agriculture and forestry, construction and earthmoving.

General overview

Our motors are offered in two primary versions:

1. Unidirectional motors.
2. Reversible (bidirectional) motors.

Main features:

• Aluminum body (some models are equipped with cast iron flanges).
• Available in 4 size groups (from group 0 to group 3).
• Displacement ranging from 0.45 cm3/rev to 86.87 cm3/rev.
• Rotation speed of up to 9000 rpm.
• Maximum pressure of 320 bar.

Unidirectional motors features

The rotation can be clockwise or counterclockwise. Changing the direction of rotation is easy and does not require additional components. Depending on the type, they can be equipped with:

• Integrated outboard bearings.
• Anti-cavitation valves.
• Maximum pressure relief valves.
• Priority valves.
• Bypass electric valves.
• High-pressure shaft seals.

Reversible motors features

The rotation alternates between clockwise and counterclockwise. Depending on the type, they can be equipped with:

Customizations and special motors

Our strength lies in our ability to study customized solutions and realize special motors that are not listed in the catalog.

As mentioned earlier, all catalog motors can be equipped with various optional features. Furthermore, if a Customer requires a motor that needs to be developed from scratch, we handle the entire process, from design to manufacturing, based on the provided specifications.
